Time for a lesson on lying. And Fire safety.

Paige woke up at 5 this morning.
Mike and I stayed in bed and told her to play quietly in the living room.
At 5:30 she runs in and happily exclaims in a very loud voice:
"Come see the fire in the living room!"
Yeah. That is the QUICKEST way to get parents out of bed.
Especially when one is a fireman.
There was NO fire in the living room.
Paige had organized paper into a circle and was pretending it was a fire.
Mike said to her: "NO, that is NOT a fire." and went back to bed.
I grabbed a blanket and took to the couch to monitor any future fire activity.
There was none.
