Cross Country

Today was the first day of cross country training for Paige.  As a Kindergartner, she runs about 2 laps, plays red light/green light, and does some stretching for an entire 30 minutes after school.  It was hot outside today (96) and as we get in the car to go home after practice she says: "I wish you hadn't signed me up for that activity.  It just made me really hot.  And I don't like to be hot.  And when I'm hot, I'm sweaty." And then she burst into tears.
