Tonight's dinner conversation when a little something like this.
(I had already fed Beckett and he was stripped down and waiting for me to put him in the bath. He and Paige were playing under the table while Mike and I ate dinner).
Paige:"Beckett's boobs's are getting big!"
Mama sits there trying to think up a response. Technically she is correct. And yes, he is getting chubbier. However, we are working on titles lately (boy, girl, husband, wife, etc.) and I want to (of course) have this be a teaching moment. But before I can come up with anything...
Paige: "I'm going to have boobs's some day."
Daddy: "You are right, but Beckett's boobs will stay small."
Paige: "Well, you have furry boobs's!"
Mike and I look at each other.
We don't have any response to that.
She was talking about Mike's furry boobs's....
