Paige: "My buns are tickling me!"
Paige: "Mama, you got the floor dirty. Did you want to clean it up?"

Ahhhh, honesty!
Daddy is lying on the floor while Mommy is rubbing his sore neck.
Paige comes over and sits down on Mommy's lap and bends down and kisses Daddy.
Paige: "Daddy's hair is nice and brown. Mommy's hair is brown with stripes in it."
Thanks. Guess I should start dying that gray hair...

Mama's Mouth
We are driving home from a birthday party. It is 40 minutes past nap time and she is not in good shape.
Mama decides to sing a song to help the frustration ease.
Paige (screaming): "Mama - I DON'T LIKE THE SONG THAT IS IN YOUR MOUTH!!!"

New routine
The morning facial inspections have ceased.
This is because she doesn't call out 'Mommy' anymore to have me come and pick her up when she wakes up each morning.
Instead, between the minutes of 5:54 and 6:00 each morning I am awakened to a voice 2 inches from my face saying:
"Did you want to put on clothes Mama?"
It's not like I sleep in my birthday suit.
Also - it is hard not to curse that early in the morning when someone asks you that question.

It is not supposed to Kiddo.
Pre-breakfast conversation:
Mama is sitting on the bed telling Paige what the plan for the day is.
Afterwards Paige puts both her hands on the sides of her head and pulls up.
Paige: "I can't pull my head off!"
Mama: "Why do you want to do that?"
Paige wiggles over, places both hands on either side of Mama's head and states as she pulls:
"I can't pull your head off either! It's too big!"
Mike walks in the room to say Good-bye (off to work).
She jumps up, kisses and hugs him, and places both hands on his head and pulls.
Paige in a really whiny voice:"I can't pull your head off either!"
Where have I gone wrong?

No - No Paige it is NOT.
Paige walks over to me with her pant leg pulled up.
"Look mama! Jelly on my leg!"
I look down to see her leg bleeding.
I made her go get a band-aid, unwrap it (her favorite thing), and put it on.
Thank heavens she didn't try and taste it.
She HATES jelly.
